Have you bought something online and want to return it? No problem
You can return any item purchased online (excluding hosiery, swimwear and bodysuits for hygiene reasons), within 14 days of receiving the item. All you have to do is post it back to us at our above return address, with a copy of the order invoice enclosed within 14 days of delivery for UK customers.
Items sent back after the 14 day period will not be eligible for a refund.
All items will be inspected on return and must meet all of the following criteria:
If you do not have your original order invoice, please do not worry. All you have to do is contact us via email [email protected] and provide your name and a description of your order, including any order number and we will be able to find your original invoice details.
You will be responsible for paying your own postage costs for returning an order and we recommend that you use at least Royal Mail 2nd class signed for/tracked mail and keep the receipt of postage. We cannot be held responsible for any orders that are lost by mail service providers when you are returning them to us.
Sorry folks but any goods returned to us in an unsuitable condition will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to sender.
Goods purchased online cannot be refunded in our retail shop and good purchased in store cannot be returned online.
